Garage booking systems, built in or integrated
Most garage booking software is sold to you as a product. We are not a product. We work out whether you need booking built into your website or whether the system you already pay for just needs wiring up properly, and then we do that.
Why online booking matters for a car garage
Enquiries arrive when you are under a car
The phone rings while your hands are full. A booking form does not need answering.
Most searching happens out of hours
Evenings and weekends are when people deal with the car they have been ignoring. A phone number is no use to them then.
It removes the awkward first call
Plenty of people would rather pick a slot than ring a stranger and describe a noise.
It gives you a record
Who booked, for what, when. Rather than a name on the back of an invoice pad.
Build it in, or integrate what you have
This is the decision that actually matters, and the answer is not the same for every garage. Here is how we think about it.
Build booking into the site
Best when you want a simple slot request that matches the rest of the site, with no monthly software fee. Suits garages who mostly need enquiries organised rather than a full diary system.
Integrate existing garage software
Best when you already run a garage management system with a diary, job cards and invoicing. Replacing it would be disruptive and expensive. Wiring your website into it is usually the cheaper, better answer.
Do neither, for now
If your bottleneck is that nobody can find you, booking will not fix it. We will say so rather than sell you something.
What we will not do
Worth stating plainly, because this corner of the market runs on reseller commissions.
We do not resell booking software
We take no commission from any booking platform, so we have no reason to steer you towards one.
We do not lock the booking to us
If you leave, the booking setup stays yours and keeps working.
We do not oversell it
A booking system on a site nobody visits is a wasted spend. We would rather fix the visibility first.

Questions and answers
How much does a garage booking system cost?
If we build booking into your website as part of a site build, it is included in the project price, which starts from £1,500. If you already run garage management software and want your site wired into it, that is quoted on its own after we have looked at what you are running.
Can you connect my website to the garage software I already use?
Usually. It depends on whether your system offers an integration route. Tell us what you run and we will check before quoting rather than after.
Do I need booking software or just a booking form?
If you need a diary, job cards and invoicing, you need software. If you mainly need enquiries to arrive in an organised way with a requested date and vehicle details, a well-built form on the site is usually enough and costs less to run.
Will customers actually use online booking?
It depends on your customers, and it depends on the site being findable and fast in the first place. Booking removes friction for people who already wanted to contact you. It does not create demand on its own.
What happens to my bookings if I stop working with you?
They stay yours. We do not hold your booking data or your customer list hostage, and the setup keeps working.
